The New Way

So, now that I'm back, I think I'm going to do things a little differently. I've decided that it's a little crazy for me to try to post every day, so I'm going to shoot for every other day, but at least twice a week. I'm still debating about whether or not to keep doing the food logs, but I will definitely post my workouts and my weekly stats. The point is really just to simplify. This has really been a great tool for me, but when it becomes stressful, it's not helpful.

I started interval training this week and it really took a toll on me. I don't know if it just stirred up some toxins, or if it was just a coincidence, but I haven't felt very good the last couple days. I'm tired and my throat feels awful. This morning I even felt a little nauseous. I'm hoping it just passes. I'm so tired of things getting in the way of my training.

  1. Glad you are back! I totally get changing it up to not daily. I feel like Lilly takes up all my time and she doesn't move around like Mariah! I only started posting daily cause I write in a food journal anyway. Keep up the good work and get to us when you have time, don't add stress to your life! Have a great day!

  2. I'm with ya. The food logs are for me are what talks me out of updating at night. It takes a good half hour or so to log everything in. :/ I'm debating quitting that, too.
