If there was ever a day that would be easy to eat unhealthy and not exercise, today would probably be it. Mariah was fussy! Diaper rash, teeth, ears might be getting infected, what else? It's so hard to accomplish anything when she's constantly crying. :-( Today, I put her down for her nap and ran down to the treadmill. She started crying just as I was finishing my workout, so I finished up and got her out of her crib. I still wanted to do pilates, so I sat her on the floor next to me while I did it, and she thought that was great! I had some errands to run today, and didn't even get out to do that until almost 7:00pm. That meant I didn't get dinner until close to ten! It's just crazy around here sometimes. Sorry for all the whining, I just can't believe the way my days go sometimes.
Exercise: Cardio Run 1.5 miles, hill sprints, walk 2 miles 55 minutes
Strength Training Pilates 20 mintes
Food:
Breakfast: Total with 2% milk and a banana
Lunch: Spring greens salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, craisins, a chicken breast, and a little italian dressing. I really love this!
Snack: Handful of walnuts, string cheese
Dinner: Turkey burger on bun with tomato and miracle whip, broccoli with a little butter for flavor.
So, there ya have it folks! I feel like I've been doing relatively well this week so far. I want to keep it up and phase out anything over processed! I have been hitting my goal of three servings of veggies per day pretty easily, but sometimes I miss a serving of fruit. I'll have to get some more around here. I think I just get bored of bananas all the time.
